Ticketing Information

By visiting the King Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the potential exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses that might be present in large gatherings of people.

Completing the ticket purchase indicates the purchaser has reviewed the transaction and tickets within the transaction and agrees to the sale and associated terms and conditions.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
All sales are final – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Tickets may be voided at the discretion of the King Center, for reasons including but not limited to: transactions exceeding the ticket limit (8 per household unless stated otherwise), tickets purchased to resell or with suspicion of reselling, and purchases with fraudulent customer information. Refunds will not be given for refusal of entry or removal from the venue due to ticketholders' failure to meet security protocol or disregard for the security and safety of all patrons, artists, staff, and volunteers. Anyone deemed to be disorderly by management may be removed from the venue. Programs, artist and artist lineup, and event time are subject to change. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, the original purchaser may request credit or refund within 30 days (unless otherwise stated) from the notice of postponement or cancellation. Refunds and credits may be less service fees and will be less the non-refundable processing fee.

Treat tickets like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may be assessed a reissue fee. All persons and bags are subject to search prior to entry into the venue. The ticket purchaser and all members of the party agree to adhere to all venue and Eastern Florida State College security policies. The King Center is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of, or damage to property. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter, unless a “babes in arms” policy is stated on the event.

ACCOUNT, ORDER, AND BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION
All information provided during a transaction must be valid and is subject to verification at the discretion of the King Center. Orders that are placed, or attempted to be placed, using any account information that is found or suspected to be false, misleading, incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent, or cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder are subject to cancelation at any time. The King Center reserves the right to change the delivery method on tickets and requires a matching photo ID for ticket pickup at our discretion. Failure to verify account information upon request will result in tickets being voided and/or order cancelation.

Pursuant to s. 817.36, Florida Statutes, King Center tickets may not be resold for more than $1 over the original admission price. Any ticket that has been altered from the original ticket provided by the venue is void.

As a reminder, The King Center ticket office is the ONLY official ticket outlet for all shows held at the King Center. Protect yourself from scammers and never purchase from third-party vendor sites or private sellers.

Your tickets will be delivered to you in the manner you select during the purchasing process.  

• Mail: Tickets can be mailed to you via USPS. Mailed tickets should arrive approximately 1 month prior to the scheduled performance date, and no later than 2 weeks prior.  
• Will Call: The will call window is open one hour prior to performances to collect your tickets the day of the show. 
• Print At Home: Your tickets can be printed at home on your desktop printer. After making your purchase online, you will receive two emails – one is your receipt, and one is the tickets to be printed. You will receive the printable tickets between 2 and 7 business days before the event. Follow the instructions in the email to ensure you bring a readable ticket with you on the day of the event.  
• Mobile Tickets: Your tickets can be saved to your phone and scanned on your mobile device at the venue. After making your purchase online, you will receive two emails – one is your receipt, and one is the tickets. Follow the instructions in the email to ensure you have saved a readable ticket with you on the day of the event. When/if adding your tickets to your digital wallet, look for the “Add All” button that adds ALL of the tickets in your order to your digital wallet at once.

The ticket office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or upgrades.  

The King Center charges fees for ticket purchases to help cover operational expenses such as artist fees and production costs. Fees will vary by show.  

We love kids at the King Center! While children of all ages are welcome to attend performances at the theatre, we ask that they sit quietly for the duration of the performance. Parents and guardians, please use discretion when deciding whether a performance is age appropriate for your child. 

For most King Center events, all children, including infants, must have a ticket to enter the theatre. On rare occasions, children younger than 12 months are allowed admittance without a ticket. If you are unsure whether your child will require a ticket, please call 321.242.2219 during normal hours of operation to speak to a member of our staff.  

The King Center also offers educational Theatre for Youth Group Rates for 10 or more students. 

The King Center strives to make the theatre experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible for all guests.

As of August 2022, our ticket office sells $25 Visa gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased at ticket office with cash and with no associated fees. Available only in $25 increments.
